Deputy Warden Jesse Stack

Stack began his career with the Department of Corrections in 2004 as a correctional officer at the Kentucky State Reformatory and he quickly began moving up the ranks in the department. In 2005 he was promoted to classification and treatment officer and in 2007 was again promoted to corrections unit administrator.

In June 2009 Stack transferred to LLCC where he initially worked in the pre-release office. In August 2010, stack was promoted to corrections unit administrator II where he managed an honor dorm, the substance abuse program and inmate orientation. In May 2013 he was temporarily assigned to the Curriculum Branch in the Division of Corrections training where he assisted with the revamping of the adult institution's in-service program. In January of this year he was promoted to program administrator for the department's training division.

During his tenure, Stack served as the public information officer for LLCC and also as an instructor for a regional leadership program, "I-LEAD".

A 2003 graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, Stack is a graduate of the Commissioner's Executive Leadership Program.
