The Kentucky Department for Public Health, Kentucky Opioid Response Effort and the Kentucky Pharmacist Association are partnering to reduce opioid overdose deaths among people involved in the criminal-legal system across the Commonwealth.
If you are interested in carrying naloxone and report in a P&P Office, have been booked in a jail or are involved with the Administrative Office of the Courts in Kentucky please complete the following survey. If eligible, you will be shown training materials for naloxone use and then be able to enter your mailing address and request a free two-dose unit of naloxone to be mailed to you.
*Participation is confidential. Information on whether or not you participate in the training will not be shared with the Kentucky Department of Corrections, Administrative Office of the Courts, or any other individuals/agencies.
