
​Meredith began her career with the Department of Corrections in 2007 as a probation and parole officer in the Elizabethtown office. Her career includes serving as an Assistant Supervisor / Supervisor in Districts 5, 6 and 3.
During her career, Meredith has served as an instructor for the different risk assessment tools utilized by the department. She is a KyRAS master trainer, adjunct instructor for Probation and Parole basic academy, PREA investigator, and a subject matter expert with the KOMS helpdesk. In addition to being an active member of Mental Health Court, Veteran's Court and Drug Court teams, she has served as chair for the Audit Tool Committee and as a member of the Corrections Policy and Procedure Committee and Client Portal Application Committee.
A 2001 graduate of Western Kentucky University, Meredith earned her degree in business management. She has been a member of the Kentucky Council on Crime and Delinquency (KCCD) and Southern States Correctional Association. She received the District 5 Achievement Award in 2011 and the KCCD Probation and Parole Award in 2018. Meredith is a graduate of the 2014 Commissioner's Executive Leadership Program and the 2018 ILEAD program.
