5. At the second four-way stop sign - take left on Highway 146
6. Go approximately 1.5 miles - You will see Oldham County Health Department on your right. Take right on Dawkins Road in front of Health Department
7. Stay on Dawkins Road approximately 1.5 miles - Luther Luckett Correctional Complex is on left

From Louisville

3. Take Highway 53 into LaGrange
