Visitation at WKCC will resume on Saturday, June 17.
Visitation Schedule:
Visitation will be held on Saturday or Sunday and will rotate each month between the WKCC Compound (Male Population) and Ross-Cash Center (Female Population). All visitors must be on the inmate's approved visitation list.
Visits will be four (4) hours in duration beginning at 7:00 a.m. and ending at 11:00 a.m. No visitor will be processed after 9:00 am. You will be permitted to enter the institution no earlier than 30 minutes before 7:00 a.m. It is recommended that you arrive 30 minutes before the visit (6:30 a.m.) to ensure you clear through all security processes and receive your entire four-hour visit. No visitor will be processed after 9:00 a.m. No appointment is required.
Each inmate will be allowed two (2) adult visitors at a time. There is no restriction on the number of minors allowed to visit as long as they are on the inmates approved visitor list, and the visitor bringing the minor must be a parent or legal guardian or have written permission from the parent or legal guardian that is notarized documentation stating the minor is allowed to enter the institution with the approved visitor. Furthermore, any visiting minors must remain with their parent or legal guardian throughout the visit and is the visitor's responsibility.
A visitor shall enter the property through the gate next to New Bethel Church, US Highway 641. The visitor entering from the direction of US 62 shall be turned back and may not be allowed to visit. A visitor shall remain in the approved visiting areas at all times. A visitor shall park in the area designated for inmate visiting located at the lower end of the parking lot. A handicapped visitor shall be permitted to park in the handicapped area.
Visitors are only allowed to bring in an Identification card and vehicle key.
Food items, access to vending machines, and microwave use shall not be permitted during the visit.

Visitor's Dress Code
A visitor shall dress in appropriate attire while at the institution. If the admitting officer determines that the visitor is not properly clothed in accordance with the dress code stated below, the visit may be denied. Proper dress shall be maintained throughout the visit.
Undergarments shall be worn. Female visitors shall wear a bra and underwear. Male visitors shall wear underwear.
Visitors shall not wear the following:
a. Tank tops
b. Cut-off T-shirts
c. See-through clothing (mesh, net, or transparent)
d. Halter tops
e. Leggings
f. Spandex pants
Appropriate attire shall include:
a. Dress (females only) (Length must be below knee)
b. Skirt (females only) (Length must be below knee)
c. Blue Jeans
d. Pants
e. Suit
f. Shirt
g. Shorts (Length must be below knee)
Clothing shall cover the midriff, cleavage, and bosom. Shirts and blouses shall have sleeves and shall be buttoned.
Footwear shall be required at all times.
A visitor shall not wear clothing, a hat, insignia or emblem that reflects a gang or club that is not recognized by institutional policies.
Any minor age twelve (12) or older shall comply with the adult dress code.
Allowable Property
Personal property items shall be limited to the following with the exception of a coat or jacket:
- Wedding band (if married) Jewelry including earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and body piercing jewelry shall not be permitted, except for an approved medical alert bracelet or necklace;
- Comb or brush;
- One (1) handkerchief, white only;
- Identification card;
- Vehicle keys; and
- Prescription glasses.
The parent or guardian of an infant or small child, in addition to the personal items listed above may have the following:
- Stroller or infant seat; and
- Diaper bag including:
- Clothing – one change per child
- Diapers – six (6)
- Petroleum jelly, one (1) clear plastic container only
- Bottles – clear plastic
- Formula or drink – Unopened ready mixed or pre-mixed container opened in presence of visiting officials.
- Container – one (1) clear plastic for excess formula, if necessary
- Wipes – small package
- Baby blanket – one (1)
- Pacifier
- Teething Ring
