Medical Services.  The amendment requires telehealth services to be provided to comply with KRS 197.020(1)(e)2, requires provisions for special dietary requirements to ensure adequate nutrition is provided for pregnant prisoners to comply with changes to KRS 441.055(3), revises the personnel qualifications subsection to comply with changes to KRS 441.055(2), and changes institution to facility. Sanitation; hygiene.  The amendment enlarges the necessity language, changes the term “inmate" to “prisoner", and revises and changes the location of language that requires availability of female sanitary supplies.
