District Supervisor - Tim Horn
Horn began his career with the Department of Corrections in 2004 as a Probation and Parole Officer in Madison County. During his tenure as an officer he performed numerous duties including supervising a regular caseload, pre-sentence investigation preparation and serving as a member of the 25th Judicial Drug Court Team.
In August 2013, Horn was promoted to assistant supervisor of District 8. Since that time her served on the Level of Service/Case Management Inventory Review Committee. In July 2014, he was promoted to District 8 Supervisor. Horn is a 1992 graduate of Eastern Kentucky University where he earned a bachelor of science degree in corrections and juvenile services. He is also a of the 2013 Commissioner's Executive Leadership Program.
