Please note that Legal Aid will be on-site at this clinic. They can only move forward with the expungement process if your charges are in the following counties, and if you meet eligibility requirements: Allen, Ballard, Barren, Butler, Caldwell, Calloway, Carlisle, Christian, Crittenden, Daviess, Edmonson, Fulton, Graves, Green, Hancock, Hart, Henderson, Hickman, Hopkins, Livingston, Logan, Lyon, Marshall, McCracken, McLean, Metcalfe, Muhlenberg, Ohio, Simpson, Taylor, Todd, Trigg, Union, Warren, and Webster.
LEGAL AID WILL BE GIVING EVERYONE LEGAL ADVICE ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT, IF YOU ARE ABOVE 200% OF THE POVERTY GUIDELINE, THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO MOVE FORWARD WITH THE EXPUNGEMENT PROCESS.
This event will be capped at 50 participants. Walk-ins on the day of the clinic will not be admitted. To register, visit goodwillky.org/expungements/ Out-of-state charges are unable to be expunged at this time. This clinic includes free raffle prizes and giveaways!​
