Deputy Warden Durell St. Clair

​​St. Clair began his DOC career in 2011 as a correctional officer at the Kentucky State Reformatory (KSR). In 2013 he promoted to correctional sergeant at KSR, serving in internal affairs and as visitation supervisor. A year later he promoted to lieutenant at RCC, where he worked as tool control officer, PREA investigator, and in operations. In 2016, he became a captain at RCC, leading the Internal Affairs office and serving as the assistant PREA compliance manager. In 2021, he promoted to unit administrator I at RCC.​​ 

St. Clair earned the KSR Employee of the Month award for January 2013 and the Outstanding Employee of 2012-2013. He received RCC's Supervisor of the Quarter Award in January 2021. He is a 2015 graduate of the ILEAD program, and a 2023 graduate of the Commissioner's Executive Leadership Program.
