V.I.N.E. Offender Lookup and Registration

The V.I.N.E. system is an information and notification system which provides information about an offender and also allows registration for notification if the offender's custody status changes. Victims and Victim Service Providers can use this link to look up and register for offenders in any local facility or prison in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. In addition to Kentucky offenders, this link provides access to all states where V.I.N.E. is in use.

To look up an offender, choose the state, and then enter the offender name or number.  After the offender is located and displayed on the screen, you may choose to register for notification. Click here to enter  the V.I.N.E. () site.
