VINE Court Service
VINE Court Service is a free, anonymous, computer-based telephone and e-mail program that provides victims of crime two important services for upcoming court cases: Information and Notification. This service is currently available in seventeen pilot counties:

What will VINE Court Service do for me? |

You may call the VINE Court Service to hear information on a specific court case. You may register a phone number or e-mail address where you want to be notified when there is an upcoming court hearing or a scheduling change.
For detailed information regarding the case, contact your local Circuit Court Clerk. To view an online docket, you can visit The Kentucky Court of Justice.
Court registrations are for felony cases only wthin the 17 pilot counties.
If the offender is incarcerated, you may register with VINE to stay advised of the offender's custody status.
*Please note that it is the responsibility of the registrant to keep up with his or her case number, including trailer number if applicable, and to keep the registration current. This service is available for felony cases only with a CR case number.

- The offender will not know you are registered with VINE Court Service.
- If you are not available, VINE will leave a message on an answering machine. Court event notification calls will only be made between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.
- In order to register to receive court notifications, you must have the complete case number, including trailer number if applicable.
- Court registrations are only for felony cases within the 17 pilot counties.
- Do not leave a phone number with VINE that rings to a switchboard.
- You can leave more than one phone number and e-mail with VINE Court Service.
- If the offender is incarcerated, you may register with VINE
to stay advised of the offender's custody status.

- Call 800-511-1670 toll-free from a touch tone phone and follow the instructions. You can also register online at VINE
for offender custody status changes or www.courts.ky.gov and click on “VINE COURT SERVICES” to register for a court case. (To register your e-mail address, either visit one of the Web sites mentioned above or press 0 to speak with an operator.)
- When searching for a court case, you can register your phone number to receive updates on court hearings. Enter the phone number where you want to be reached, including area code, followed by the (#) key, and you will receive updates when they become available.
- When VINE asks, make up a four-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) that will be easy for you to remember. VINE will ask for the PIN when it calls you.
- When VINE calls, listen to the message then enter your PIN when asked. Entering the PIN lets VINE know that you received the call, and will stop the service from calling you again.
