Warden Steve J. Haney began his career with the Department of Corrections in August 1989 as Procedures Development Specialist at the Eastern Kentucky Correctional Complex.  He was promoted to Classification & Treatment Supervisor in November 1992 and served in that capacity until November 1996 when he was promoted to Deputy Warden II at the Blackburn Correctional Complex.  In September 2000, he was appointed Warden of the Blackburn Correctional complex.
