Barbara Hazelwood Deputy Warden Operations

Barbara Hazelwood began her career at Kentucky State Reformatory on August 10, 1981 as a Correctional Officer.  In 1983 Hazelwood was promoted to Correctional Sergeant, 1985 promoted to Correctional Lieutenant, 1986 lateral to Classification and Treatment Officer,  1989 was promoted to Correctional Unit Administrator 1,  1996 promoted to Correctional Unit Administrator 11,  2002 was promoted to Deputy Warden 111,  September 2004 transferred from KSR to LLCC.
