Mission

The mission of the Luther Luckett Correctional Complex, in accordance with the Department of Corrections is twofold:  1. To promote public safety, secure incarceration from the community; and, 2. To give felons the opportunities for the capability to contribute positively to society upon release through use of constructive classification, programs and work assignment.

(November 11, 2008) – Kentucky Department of Corrections’ Director of the Division of Probation & Parole Lelia VanHoose today announced the promotion of Harley Allen to the position of District 4 Supervisor. The district oversees all pre-sentence investigations for Jefferson County.

  • R. Thomas Dailey to Retire as Warden of Luther Luckett

    Frankfort, Ky. (December 9, 2008) – After a distinguished 24-year career with the Department of Corrections, R. Thomas “Tom” Dailey will retire later this month from his post as warden of the Luther Luckett Correctional Complex (LLCC).
