Mission

The mission of the Luther Luckett Correctional Complex, in accordance with the Department of Corrections is twofold:  1. To promote public safety, secure incarceration from the community; and, 2. To give felons the opportunities for the capability to contribute positively to society upon release through use of constructive classification, programs and work assignment.

    Frankfort, Ky. (October 21, 2008) – Kentucky Department of Corrections Director of Probation & Parole Lelia “Lee” VanHoose today announced that Cassandra “Sandy” Davis has been promoted to District 18 Supervisor. This is the southwest office of Jefferson County.

    Frankfort, Ky. (October 13, 2008) – Kentucky Department of Corrections Deputy Commissioner Al Parke today announced the promotion of John Holloway to Deputy Warden of the Eastern Kentucky Correctional Complex (EKCC) in West Liberty.
