US 60 (Shelbyville Rd.) to Highway 146 (LaGrange Rd.) follow Highway 146 to Pewee Valley. There will be an institution sign on Highway 146, turn right on Highway 362 (Ash Avenue) approximately 2 ½ miles to the institution on the left.
Coming from LaGrange
Highway 146 to Pewee Valley, look for institution at Highway 362 (Ash Avenue). Turn left on Ash Avenue, approximately 2 ½ miles to the institution on the left.
Coming from Middletown
U.S. 60 to Eastwood, turn left on Flat Rock Rd., look for sign leading to Southfield Training Center. Follow Flat Rock Rd. to the end, approximately 6 miles. Turn right on Aiken Rd., turn on first left, Highway 362; approximately 1 mile to the instituion on the right.
Coming from Simpsonville, Shelbyville
U.S. 60 West, turn right on Flat Rock Rd., look for sign leading to Southfield Training Center. Turn right at the 3-way stop. Follow Flat Rock Rd. to the end, approximately 6 miles. Turn right on Aiken Rd., turn on first left, Highway 362; approximately 1 mile to the institution on the right.

I-64 West, exit at Simpsonville and then follow the direction above for Simpsonville and Shelbyville.
Coming from South and Southwest Jefferson County
