Mission
In partnership with the Kentucky Department of Corrections, we will provide a meaningful public service by operating the highest quality minimum and medium security adult corrections facility in the United States. In an effort to attain this goal, adhering to the principles of the CCA Way, we will dedicate ourselves to security, focused on continued reduction of Zero Tolerance Incidents, quality programs and other rehabilitative services in order to return those that we supervise back to society as a productive and law abiding citizen.
